What the heck is a Feeding and Pooping Log??? I keep a log of Lia's wee, poop and feeding frequency. The challenge in breastfeeding is that it cannot be measured--baby would eat based on demand--unlike in formula feeding where bottles are calibrated. Hence, one way to measure is how often we change her diapers and the number of times she feeds (in breastfeeding, babies should eat every 2-3 hours).
